The Board is pleased to announce the successful passage of
its proposed 2013-14 budget and the re-election of Mr. Peter LaSpina and Mr.
William Wexler, Esq. to two five-year terms. The Trustees thank those residents who came out to support
the Library in its upcoming 90th year of
service to the community.
The Children’s Department held its own vote for the most popular book
character in its first Kids’ Votes Count. Using an authentic old-model voting machine, 93 children participated
and the winner was Pigeon from Mo Willem’s Don’t
Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus. |
